Can I track my orders online?


With our new tracking system all you need to do is enter your purchase order number exactly as it is on your order and paste it inside the tracking function box on our home page. Choose either UPS or FEDEX depending on how your order was shipped. Click the “Track” button and your tracking information will be displayed.

Will my orders ship out the same day?


Usually all orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the same day. If the item is being shipped from our vendors we will notify you with a shipping date.

Are your products covered by a warranty?


Globe Electric covers all of its products for 12 months from the date of shipment.

Does Globe Electric carry liability insurance?


Besides our warranty, Globe Electric carries extensive liability insurance to provide assurance and reliability of all of its products.

Is Globe Electric an authorized distributor for its products?


Globe Electric is now an authorized distributor for over 20 different manufacturers. Globe Electric has teamed up with the IMARK Group to help us work together with all the major manufacturers, to give the lowest pricing and the best service to our customers.
